About Iulian
Born in Romania and raised in South Africa, Iulian Tatu's formative years were shaped by the experience of cross-continental immigration. Arriving in a new country as a child, he faced the task of learning English from the ground up — a challenge that grew into a lifelong fascination with the mechanics and power of language.
Today, Iulian is a dedicated law student working toward a career in the legal field, approaching his studies with the same rigour and care he brings to his writing. Alongside his legal pursuits, he has cultivated a deep passion for creative writing, drawing on his multicultural background to explore the nuances of identity and belonging.

Aleksandar Mijatovic is a writer and artist from Johannesburg. He self-published his first book, work in progress, under the pseudonym Xander M. Peters in 2024. He is currently studying Creative Writing Honours at Wits University.
